A. Yes. We have a secure payment facility for Credit Cards. We accept all major Credit Cards & Online Bank Payments.

Q. What do I do if I cannot find a title listed on your website?
A. Whilst we make every effort to list as many titles as possible. Contact us with your inquiry and we will get the details for you.

Q. How long do you take to process my order?
A. All orders are processed within 3-4 Days of receipt.

Q. What are your Terms of Trade for booksellers?
A. Discounts are offered on the basis of order value.
Foreign Buyers : A Discount of 10% is provided for order above US $ 100.00 and a Discount of 15% for sale above US $ 200.
Indian Buyers : A Discount of 10% is provided for order (excluding freight) above Rs. 500.00 and a Discount of 15% for sale (excluding freight) above Rs. 1000.

Q. Do you sell on a Sale or Return basis?
A. Generally no, although certain titles and specific marketing campaigns to booksellers can include some Sale or Return component. If in doubt, ask us.
